近日，良固阀门一批DN250 TA2钛材气动固定球阀顺利完成制造，即将交付国内年产六万吨能源级钛（合金）材料全产业链项目。该批阀门将应用于矿浆蒸发浓缩工段，适配近100℃高温氯化废盐矿浆的严苛工况。

Recently, a batch of DN250 TA2 titanium pneumatic trunnion-mounted ball valves manufactured by Lianggu Valve successfully completed production and is scheduled for delivery to a domestic integrated full-industry-chain project with an annual capacity of 60,000 tonnes of energy-grade titanium (alloy) materials. The valves will be installed in the slurry evaporation and concentration section, handling demanding service involving chlorinated waste-salt slurry at temperatures approaching 100°C.
Corrosion from high-chloride media and continuous erosion by solid particles, combined with the rising concentration of the medium during evaporation, place multiple stringent demands on valve performance and make valve selection critical. The three primary considerations are material-to-media compatibility, erosion resistance of the sealing pair, and long-term sealing reliability during repeated operation.

To address the specific characteristics of chlorinated waste-salt slurry, TA2 commercially pure titanium was selected for the valve bodies. Its excellent corrosion resistance effectively protects the valve body and critical wetted components against sustained attack by the medium, providing a robust material foundation for stable, long-term operation of the evaporation and concentration system.

Evaporation and concentration is a continuous production process, placing exceptionally high demands on long-term shutoff stability and sealing reliability. These DN250 ball valves use a trunnion-mounted ball design, with ball loads carried by a dedicated support system. This helps optimize seat loading in large-bore valves and ensures smooth, controlled opening and closing.
For automation, each valve is equipped with a fit-for-purpose pneumatic actuator and a complete set of control accessories.
